These conditions governed the relationship between Cbet and its registered players, covering account eligibility, financial rules, promotional offers and dispute handling. Registration constituted acceptance of the version in force at that time.

Account Registration and Eligibility
An account was available only to natural persons of at least eighteen years of age, or the higher minimum age set by the law of their place of residence. Registration was refused to anyone resident in a jurisdiction where remote gambling is prohibited or requires a local licence Cbet did not hold.
One account per person, per household, per shared device and per IP address was permitted. Duplicate registrations were closed, and any balance built on a duplicate account could be forfeited under the anti-abuse provisions.
Information supplied at registration had to be accurate and kept current. False particulars, or the use of another person's identity or payment instrument, justified immediate suspension and the voiding of associated winnings.
Login credentials were personal. A player remained answerable for every action taken through their account, whether authorised or not, until a compromise was reported to support.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification
Funds could be deposited only from a payment instrument held in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments were rejected and returned to source, and the account concerned was placed under review.
Withdrawals were released to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering practice. Where that route was unavailable, an alternative in the player's name was arranged.
Verification of identity, address and, where thresholds were reached, source of funds preceded the first withdrawal. Requests were held pending until documentation had been assessed.
Player balances did not attract interest. Accounts left dormant for an extended period could be subject to an administrative charge, applied only after notice to the registered e-mail address.
Games, Bonuses and Fair Play
Outcomes in slot, table and instant-win products were determined by random number generators independently tested for statistical soundness. Live dealer results derived from physical equipment operated in monitored studios.
Each promotion carried its own written conditions covering qualifying deposit, wagering multiple, maximum stake while a bonus was active, excluded games and expiry. Where the specific terms of an offer conflicted with these general conditions, the offer terms prevailed.
Conduct designed to extract value without genuine play — low-risk betting patterns that cover opposing outcomes, coordinated group registrations, arbitrage against promotional terms, or automated software — resulted in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings attributable to them.
Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Where a technical fault, a display error or a mispriced market produced a result that could not have occurred under correct operation, the affected transactions were reversed and stakes returned.
Complaints, Liability and Governing Law
Complaints were raised first with Cbet support and escalated internally if unresolved. A player dissatisfied with the outcome could refer the matter to the Curacao Gaming Control Board under licence 365/JAZ, quoting the internal reference issued.
Server-side transaction logs constituted the authoritative record of play. Where a player's own record differed from those logs, the server data was decisive absent clear evidence of system error.
Liability was limited to the value of funds credited to the account concerned. Cbet accepted no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss, for interruptions caused by connectivity failures outside its control, or for the tax treatment of winnings, which remained each player's own concern.
The agreement was governed by the law of Curacao. Cbet reserved the right to amend these conditions, with material changes notified in advance; continued use of the account after the effective date signified acceptance.
